Refund Eligibility Criteria

At Dalgorix, we understand that circumstances change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while protecting the integrity of our night photography education programs. You may be eligible for a refund if you request it within 14 days of your initial purchase and have not accessed more than 25% of the course materials. We also consider refunds for technical issues that prevent course access, provided they cannot be resolved within 72 hours of reporting.

Important Notice

All refund requests must be submitted through our official channels. We do not process refunds requested through third-party platforms or social media.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain purchases cannot be refunded due to their nature and our commitment to maintaining course quality. These include downloadable resources that have been accessed, one-on-one mentoring sessions that have been scheduled or completed, and workshop spots held for more than 48 hours. Additionally, courses purchased at promotional rates during special events may have different refund terms that will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Refund Process and Timeline

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the refund request. We'll acknowledge your request within 24 hours and provide a decision within 5 business days. If approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days for credit card payments and up to 15 business days for bank transfers. The refund will appear on your original payment method, though your bank may take additional time to reflect the credit.

Partial Refunds and Credits

In some situations, we may offer partial refunds or course credits instead of full refunds. This typically applies when you've accessed a significant portion of the course content but have legitimate concerns about the remaining materials. We might also offer credits for future courses if you're experiencing temporary financial hardship or scheduling conflicts. These decisions are made on a case-by-case basis, considering your specific circumstances and our course completion policies.

Workshop and Event Cancellations

Live workshops and photography events have specific cancellation policies due to venue bookings and instructor commitments. If you cancel more than 30 days before the event, you'll receive a full refund minus a processing fee. Cancellations 15-30 days prior receive a 75% refund, while cancellations within 14 days receive a 50% credit for future events. If we cancel an event due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another workshop.

Technical Issues and Course Access

We're committed to providing reliable access to all course materials. If technical problems prevent you from accessing your purchased content, contact our support team immediately. We'll work to resolve issues within 48 hours, and if we can't restore access, you're eligible for a full refund regardless of the standard time limits. However, issues caused by incompatible devices, poor internet connections, or user error don't qualify for automatic refunds, though we'll still try to help you access your materials.
